DIAL is an information and advice helpline for disabled people or anybody with a problem connected to a disability issue. Our main office is based in Grays, Thurrock but we cover the Basildon, Brentwood, Castle Point, Rochford, some of Southend and Thurrock areas of the county. DIAL's helpline is manned by a group of dedicated volunteers with a vast experience of the many problems facing disabled people, as many of them have a disability themselves they have a good understanding of what our clients are going through. We can advise on a variety of issues faced by disabled people in their everyday lives, from benefits and mobility, to aids and transport and everything in-between. We can also help when English isn't a first language by using interpreters, contact us as this service is by appointment only. We provide a variety of projects to help as many people as possible, including: * Face to Face General Information and Advice * Home Visits * Welfare Rights Services * Social Clubs If you need any advice or have any issues you'd like to discuss, please get in touch with our friendly team today. We are open Monday to Friday for drop-ins from 10am to 2pm.
